Peristiwa ini terjadi di wilayah BPJS Tangerang Selatan dan melibatkan seorang perempuan yang diduga sebagai oknum \u201ccalo\u201d BPJS, berinisial SARI, yang juga dikenal sebagai seorang TikToker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut Erles selaku kuasa hukum korban berinisial AN, kasus bermula pada Januari 2025 ketika korban tengah mengurus pencairan BPJS milik pamannya. Di lokasi, korban bertemu dengan SARI yang mengaku dapat membantu proses pengurusan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cSeiring waktu berjalan, SARI mulai menggoda korban hingga menjalin hubungan terlarang di sebuah hotel di wilayah Tangerang. Setelah itu, SARI mulai meminta sejumlah uang, diawali dengan permintaan sebesar Rp1.000.000 yang langsung ditransfer oleh korban,\u201d jelas Erles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tak berhenti di sana, menurut keterangan Erles, SARI kemudian mengaku hamil dan mulai melancarkan aksi pemerasan dengan dalih biaya kehamilan dan ancaman pelaporan kepada keluarga korban. Beberapa bulan kemudian, SARI kembali mengaku mengalami keguguran dan meminta biaya kuretase serta perawatan rumah sakit. Ketika korban meminta bukti medis, SARI menolak memberikan penjelasan yang jelas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selanjutnya, SARI kembali meminta dana sebesar Rp100.000.000 dengan alasan biaya pemakaman, namun tidak memberikan informasi valid mengenai lokasi pemakaman tersebut. Hingga Mei 2025, total kerugian korban akibat dugaan pemerasan ini mencapai Rp600.000.000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cYang lebih memprihatinkan, SARI kini kembali menuntut Rp50.000.000 dengan ancaman akan membuka hubungan terlarang mereka kepada keluarga korban,\u201d tambah Erles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Karena tekanan psikologis dan kerugian finansial yang terus bertambah, korban akhirnya melaporkan SARI ke pihak berwajib. Laporan telah diterima oleh Polres Tangerang Selatan pada 28 Mei 2025 pukul 23.20 WIB dengan nomor laporan: TBL\/B\/1157\/V\/2025\/SPKT\/POLRES TANGERANG SELATAN\/POLDA METRO JAYA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laporan tersebut mengacu pada Pasal 45 Ayat (1) jo. Pasal 27B Ayat (2) UU ITE terkait dugaan pemerasan melalui media elektronik.
