{"id":26129,"date":"2026-07-31T07:20:40","date_gmt":"2026-07-31T00:20:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.selendangsutra.id\/?p=26129"},"modified":"2026-07-31T07:20:42","modified_gmt":"2026-07-31T00:20:42","slug":"tersangka-korupsi-esdm-jatim-bertambah-kabid-geologi-dan-air-ditahan-surabaya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.selendangsutra.id\/?p=26129","title":{"rendered":"Tersangka Korupsi ESDM Jatim Bertambah, Kabid Geologi dan Air Ditahan Surabaya"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Surabaya, Selendangsutra.id &#8211; Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Jawa Timur (Jatim) menetapkan satu tersangka baru, Kepala Bidang Geologi dan Air Tanah Dinas ESDM Jatim, Ertika Dinawati (ED) dalam perkara dugaan korupsi berupa penyalahgunaan wewenang dan pungutan liar (pungli) pada proses perizinan di Dinas ESDM Jatim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Asisten Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus) Kejati Jatim, I Gede Punia Atmaja mengatakan, penetapan ED dilakukan setelah penyidik menemukan fakta baru yang menunjukkan keterlibatannya dalam praktik pungli terhadap pemohon izin. &#8220;Berdasarkan perkembangan hasil penyidikan, ditemukan adanya peran tersangka ED selaku Kepala Bidang Geologi dan Air Tanah Dinas ESDM Provinsi Jawa Timur dalam perkara ini,&#8221; ujar Gede saat konferensi pers di Surabaya, Selasa (28\/7\/2026). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Menurut penyidik, ED diduga menjalankan aksinya atas perintah dan atau sepengetahuan mantan Kepala Dinas ESDM Jatim Aris Mukiyono (AM). ED disebut memerintahkan Ketua Tim Kerja Pengusahaan Air Tanah Hermawan (H) untuk meminta uang di luar ketentuan kepada para pemohon izin. &#8220;Dari hasil penyidikan, pungutan liar dilakukan terhadap 217 pemohon izin dengan total mencapai Rp1.336.683.000,&#8221; bebernya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tak hanya itu, penyidik juga menemukan ED diduga melakukan pungutan secara mandiri kepada empat pemohon izin tanpa sepengetahuan atasannya.
