{"id":12074,"date":"2025-12-29T05:04:14","date_gmt":"2025-12-28T22:04:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.selendangsutra.id\/?p=12074"},"modified":"2025-12-29T05:04:17","modified_gmt":"2025-12-28T22:04:17","slug":"pemkab-banyuwangi-gandeng-taspen-untuk-sejahterakan-pppk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.selendangsutra.id\/?p=12074","title":{"rendered":"Pemkab Banyuwangi Gandeng Taspen Untuk Sejahterakan PPPK"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BANYUWANGI, Selendangsutra.id \u2013 Bupati Banyuwangi Ipuk Fiestiandani menandatangani Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dengan PT Asuransi Jiwa Taspen (Persero) yang diwakili Branch Manager Cabang Jember untuk memberikan jaminan hari tua bagi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), khususnya Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MoU tersebut ditandatangani saat penyerahan 4.888 SK PPPK Paruh Waktu di GOR Tawang Alun, Banyuwangi, Minggu (28\/12\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bupati Ipuk mengatakan, kerja sama tersebut merupakan wujud komitmen pemerintah daerah untuk menjamin kesejahteraan ASN, khususnya PPPK yang secara aturan belum memiliki skema jaminan hari tua atau dana pensiun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIni adalah bagian ikhtiar untuk menjamin masa pensiun seluruh PPPK Banyuwangi, termasuk PPPK yang paruh waktu. Maka dengan kolaborasi ini, kami ingin memastikan perlindungan sosial dan jaminan hari tua bagi PPPK Banyuwangi,\u201d kata Ipuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ipuk berharap, pemberian jaminan kesejahteraan tidak hanya melindungi PPPK, tetapi juga berdampak positif pada kualitas kinerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Dengan kondisi ASN yang lebih tenang dan aman karena ada jaminan masa tuanya kelak, saya harap pelayanan publik di Banyuwangi makin optimal,&#8221; kata Ipuk di hadapan ribuan PPPK Paruh Waktu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Branch Manager PT Taspen Jember Muhammad Aldian menjelaskan, saat ini PPPK belum mendapatkan jaminan hari tua dan pensiun, sebagaimana yang diterapkan pada PNS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dengan MoU ini, lanjutnya, baik PNS maupun PPPK di Banyuwangi akan mendapatkan jaminan hari tua sebagai investasi sehingga nanti saat memasuki usia purna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cPPPK yang telah memasuki masa pensiun, nantinya bisa memilih skema pencairan yang diinginkan. Bisa dicairkan sekaligus, atau skema bulanan seperti pensiun PNS,\u201d kata Aldian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sementara itu, Kepala Badan Kepegawaian, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Banyuwangi Ilzam Nuzuli mengatakan sistem pembayaran premi asuransi ke PT Taspen akan dilakukan langsung melalui pemotongan gaji PPPK sebesar 4,75 persen setiap bulan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Skema itu memudahkan pegawai dalam mengakses perlindungan jaminan hari tua sekaligus menjamin keberlanjutan pembayaran premi secara rutin,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ia menyebut, saat ini total ASN di Kabupaten Banyuwangi mencapai 15.411 orang, terdiri dari 6.218 PNS, 4.305 PPPK dan 4.888 PPPK Paruh Waktu.
